Poster Presentations:
To register as a poster presenter, please fill out the registration form in the registration section, once it becomes available to public access.
Registration involves making a $15.00 CAD payment and submitting an abstract for your poster (~250 words).
Students will prepare and present a poster that summarizes the neuroscience/mental health research they were involved in. Poster presentations will be evaluated by multiple judges during one of two presentation periods.
Evaluation criteria include: the quality of the content, poster visualization, and presentation of the poster's content.
All abstracts submitted for poster presentations are accepted provided that the research to be presented relates to one of the Research Areas in neuroscience and mental health.

Oral Presentations:
To register as an oral presenter, please fill out the registration form in the registration section, once it becomes available to public access.
Registration involves making a $15.00 CAD payment and submitting an abstract for your oral presentation (~250 words).
Students will prepare a TEDx-style presentation summarizing the key points of the neuroscience/mental health research that they were involved in. The purpose of the oral presentations is to provide an engaging account of research. Presentations will be strictly 7 minutes in length, and are followed by a brief question period.
All selected oral presenters will be contacted and provided with guidelines for their presentation. If you are not selected as an oral presenter, you will automatically be registered as a poster presenter, should you still wish to present your research at the conference.
Honorariums:
Honorariums will be awarded for the most outstanding poster presentations, as determined by a panel of graduate student judges and affiliate journal representatives.
Additionally, one honorarium will be awarded for the most outstanding oral presentation, as determined by a panel of graduate student judges and affiliate journal representatives.
Multiple abstract publications in the McMaster Meducator, as well as McMaster Psynapse journals will be awarded to outstanding presentations, as determined by a panel of McMaster affiliate journal representatives. These journals focus on creating a literary community to ultimately enable meaningful academic discussions.
